🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Times & Delivery Areas

Samara ships throughout EUROPE and WORLDWIDE.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination

  • EUROPE: 2 to 7 business days
  • REST OF THE WORLD: 7 to 12 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package in real time.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over €99
  • For orders under €99, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

📬 Delays & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.
If the delay exceeds the estimated delivery time, contact us at contact@by-samara.com with your order number — we will do our best to assist you.

Samara cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or carriers, nor for incorrect address details provided at checkout.

📦 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or after the expected delivery date).
We will arrange a reshipment or a refund depending on the situation.

🕓 Order Modification or Cancellation

An order may be modified or cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped.
